Michael’s done it all from Field Estimator to Service Technician to Field Learning Coach and has been a valued Cox Business employee for more than 11 years. He leverages this institutional knowledge to make the build-out process seamless for new Cox Business clients. When Cox Business brings fiber to a business location, Michael manages the agreements between Cox Business and the building owners.

In his capacity as Building Access Team Leader, Michael works hand-in-hand with construction, network operations, engineering, transport, design, inbound and outbound sales and project managers.

When he’s not at work, Michael is taking course work at the University of Phoenix where he will earn a degree in Business Management next year. He’s also an ordained minister and former police officer.
