Cox Lightwave Service (CLS) is for enterprises seeking a highly customizable, multi-protocol solution for very high-capacity optical transport. CLS allows you to lease individual wavelengths to interconnect multiple locations using Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology. This enables two or more optical signals having different wavelengths to be simultaneously transmitted in the same direction over one strand of fiber.

CLS is highly scalable, enabling you to turn up a single port/wavelength or multiple services and wavelengths over time. In this way, you only pay for the capacity you need today, but retain the ability to scale to multiple terabits of capacity.
