Cox Business to offer free Wi-Fi at Scottsdale Quarter
« Back to Press ReleasesAdds convenience to the outdoor ambiance of the quad
Scottsdale – The Scottsdale Quarter and Cox Business have partnered to bring a free Wi-Fi hot spot to the Quarter's quad courtyard behind True Foods. Shoppers and employees can now enjoy all the luxuries of using the Internet on their wireless laptops, e-readers and other devices on the Cox Business, professionally managed Wi-Fi connection.
"We're adding to the outdoor ambiance of the quad," said Jenny Bassett, marketing director for the Scottsdale Quarter. She adds, "We wanted to provide additional amenities to patrons at the Quarter and the more than 500 corporate and retail employees who work here."
Now, people having lunch, moms shopping for the holidays and employees who are taking a break can easily access Wi-Fi. They can browse the Internet, check email or maybe watch a preview for a movie playing at the iPic Theaters next door.
Bassett appreciates the value Cox Business brings to the Scottsdale Quarter. “We looked at Wi-Fi hot-spot options and Cox Business is the best. That’s why we chose to offer their service to serve our guests,” says Bassett.
